  • Auto Theft Task Force Assists with tracking of incidents, suspects, victims and property related to the theft or loss of motor vehicles, trailers, boats, trailers, etc
  • Bonds Assists with the management of bonds on individual arrest offenses. Tracks bonding company, bondsman, bond amounts, cases filed, transferred or forfeited, judgements owed and paid, bond company liability balance and limits. Integrates into all Ki Corp criminal justice applications.
  • Civil Process Service Tracks and manages the issuance and processing of civil papers.
  • Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) Manages the flow of taking and tracking calls, dispatching and tracking resources, call disposition, call and resource analysis and reporting for multiple agencies. Includes Call Board for current active calls, Close Patrol/Vacation Watch, definable Miscellaneous call board; Dispatch Board for on-duty officers, dispatched units and traffic stops; Call Address Validation; Business contacts; configurable alerts for officer safety; Highly configurable GUI for operator comfort and productivity; Text and/or email call information sent to other agencies; Automated Vehicle Location and call routing on configurable mapping system; Integrated mapping for all open, geo-coded calls and patrol units; and zooming down to the street level view.
  • Digital Signage Application to disseminate information to be displayed on monitors or TVs placed at strategic locations in public areas of courthouse and detention center. Configurable to display real-time text, images, videos, alerts or database information.
  • Document Imaging Allows for the scanning of documents into Ki Corp applications. Configurable to scan individual documents automatically attaching to a case or event, or to scan in batch mode using bar coding.
  • Electronic Reporting As outside agencies allow for automated electronic reporting, we simplify processing for our clients by interfacing with local, state and federal agencies for reporting and data sharing.
  • Internal Alert System PCs , cell phones, email and Digital Signage around the County can be linked to the Internal Alert System. Certain departments (e.g. Dispatch, Maintenance, Emergency Management) can send an alert that will display on all device to alert the public and staff. Depending on the level of alert (active shooter or tornado) the PCs can be configured to lock and advise staff to exit the building.
  • Personnel Imaging and Badges Creates ID Badges for personnel, contractors, volunteers and vendors. Integrated with Personnel Management System. Meets printing standards required for law enforcement agencies.
  • Personnel Inventory Tracking Tracks inventory assigned to personnel. New categories of items can easily be created by agencies for customized tracking needs.
  • Personnel Management System Role-based system that allows agencies to consolidate personnel and staffing information in one easy to use system. Tracks personnel forms, personnel inventory, job assignment history, pictures, payroll information, merit information, incentive pay, certifications, emergency contacts, etc. Simplifies hiring, promotions and separations.
  • Professional Inquiry System Provides civil and criminal defense attorneys with enhanced access to their cases, discovery and arrest information for the cases they have been designated the attorney of record. Bail Bondsmen and other professionals have enhanced case and person access.
  • Records Management System (RMS) Assists Criminal Investigations Division in creating and maintaining documentation of case investigation. Provides investigator assignment history, investigator case load, case status and history, suspect/victim tracking and history, property tracking, public offense reports, printing of investigation and supplemental reports, narratives and UCR/TIBRS reporting with DPS.
  • Sex Offender Registration Allows law enforcement agencies to track sex offenders within their jurisdiction. Contains offender pictures, offenses, address history, demographic information and mapping.
  • Video Visitation Ki Corp Video Visitation allows video conferencing between inmates and public at the detention center or inmates and their attorneys at the courthouse. This system eliminates the necessity of face-to-face meetings resulting in less contraband exchange and less inmate transport. System allows for extraction of videos for investigation, discovery, and court appearances. Inmates and visitors can be selected for automatic recording of all visitation sessions. Integrated with Ki Corp Jail Management System or 3rd party Jail Management System.
  • Warrants Management of warrant issuance and processing by maintaining the status of served and un-served warrants, capiases and subpoenas. Tracks all warrant activity and keeps statistics for UCR/TIBRS reporting. Warrants are automatically checked at booking intake and release, public inmate visitation and court appearances. Warrant information is integrated with all Ki Corp criminal justice applications.
